First of all, a warm, friendly welcome, to all you visitors from near or far who find yourselves on our small corner of the Internet; the aim of our site is to give you a sense of the history and culture that The Roddy McCorley Society has to offer. Situated in the heart of West Belfast you will find that both our society and the well known Moyard House are steeped in rich, Irish culture. We will guide you through our site with written accounts from many of our members past and present, along with a stock pile of images for you to browse through at your leisure; we hope you'll enjoy your visit and have something constructive to leave on our guest book which is available for you to sign. |

what our site has to offer While you are visiting our site you may interact with a panoramic view and use the hotspots over the trees to read 10 articles relating to the hunger strikers. View a panoramic of the grounds during the winter of 2002, read up on the other activities our society has been involved in, such as golf, Irish dancing, hand ball, snooker and our award winning writers group. Also find out who Roddy McCorley was and revisit our society's beginnings as Liam Higgins recalls a piece of our living history |
